Job Title: Router Table Operator
Pay Rate: Experienced Mastercam Applicant start at Warehouser rate.
Location: 1101 SW 16th St., Renton, WA 98055
Hours of Work: Day shift 7:00am to 3:30 pm, 2nd shift 3:30pm to 12:00am


Job Summary:

The Router operator job will require the ability to enter customer dimensions into a Mastercam drawing program along with machine parameters to produce a digital pattern for the router table. Set up of the router tools, position vacuum controls, speed and depth of tool. The sheet aluminum must be placed on this table using a vacuum pad and overhead crane. The parts can be as large as 8' x 50' x 1/2". There will be two employees working on the table.

  4. Work overtime when required.
  5. Willing to comply with company rules and policies.
  6. Pass pre-employment drug screen.

Required Essential Job Skills/Experience:

  1. Experience in Cad Drafting and Mastercam software.
  2. Strong math skills.
  3. Computer literate.
  4. Good basic drafting skills.
  5. Well organized, detail oriented and very accurate.
  6. Good verbal communication skills.

Required Essential Job Functions/Duties:

  1. Computer data entry.
  2. Run router.
  3. Pattern generation.
  4. Assist with general warehouse duties.
  5. Set up of equipment.
  6. Use of crane.
  7. Packaging.
  8. Paperwork.
  9. Clean up.

Desirable Job Skills/Experience:

  1. An understanding of metal machining processes.
